Partner Brian Klein Organized the ABA’s 6th Annual Blockchain and Digital Currency National Institute

The ABA’s annual blockchain and digital currency national institute was once again organized by partner Brian Klein. The 6^th annual version was dedicated to an in-depth analyses of emerging legal issues in the space and took place virtually on September 16, 2020. Over 150 private practice attorneys, government officials, and academic from around the country attended and participated. Speakers included the CLOs of leading companies (e.g., Kraken, Celo, Compound, and ShapeShift) and key government officials (e.g., the SEC’s Cyber Unit Chief and the DOJ’s Digital Currency Counsel).
